Add shipping cost to payment (Postal
Rates in the USA and Overseas increased on May 12, 2008!
Shipping in the USA is $9
for the first book ($1 ea additional book.... max shipping fee is $11 in USA)
Shipping is still free for orders over $100 in the continental
USA, Shipped Media Mail (Book Rate).
International
shipping: Air Mail only
as of May 12, 2008 New Postal rates and rules apply!
If ordering
from Canada (Air Mail), include a minimum
of $12 for the first book, $3 each for additional book
Overseas (Air Mail) shipping
costs are $35.00 for first book, $5.00 each additional book.
Insurance: Buyer assumes liability for items if they are lost in shipment
unless you purchase insurance.
The Post Office does a great job (however to
be safe, we can insure your overseas shipment for a slight additional cost).
Please note when you reserve out of print book(s),
payment is expected
here in ten (10) days, otherwise books are returned to the catalog and
are available for other purchasers.
3) Send
payment (include shipping costs)
Payment
accepted: Personal checks or money orders made out to Kevin
T. Farrell (in US Dollars). Checks must be clearable by a U.S. bank. Include
a copy of your order with your check or money order.
We also accept PayPal, so you can use your credit cards. I prefer
PayPal money transfer as PayPal e-Checks will delay the process as they must clear
before I can ship items.
Go to PayPal web site, www.paypal.com Figure out how much you owe including shipping, and Mass.sales tax if applicable.
Our E mail address for PayPal use is farrells4@comcast.net. You must have an E Mail address to use PayPal.
Once you have completed the PayPal transaction also E Mail us an order of what you are buying with a shipping address.
Please include shipping. Massachusetts residents add 5% state sales tax.

RETURN POLICY
When you buy new books or videos, they
may be returned within 30 days of shipping date, only if the plastic wrappings
are intact and unbroken or if they come unwrapped,
there should be no marks,
tears or writing. A refund will be issued, less a 10% restocking charge.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Used books and videos are not
returnable, except where they were damaged in shipping, see Damage Policy
below.
Damage Policy
If your order arrives damaged, please save all wrappings
and package materials. Do not return anything to me until you receive an authorization.
Send me an e mail or a letter to the PO Box and I will give you a special
address to ship to. The PO Box cannot receive packages.
If the parcel was shipped through UPS, then it will be picked up by UPS after
I file a damage claim form.
If UPS packages
are returned through the United States Post Office, this voids the UPS claim and
no refund or replacement can be made.
If your package was shipped through the United States Post Office and you bought
Insurance, I will send you an authorization with instructions and an address to
ship to. Buyer assumes liability
for United States Post Office shipments if no insurance was purchased,
